DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed for delivery within 48 hours (for non-digital and online products). Orders are delivered during our opening hours Monday to Friday between 9 am to 4 pm. We do not guarantee delivery on public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
